Sulla Honey

Organoleptic Characteristics
Sulla honey is a rapidly crystallizing honey. When still in a liquid state, it has a color ranging from transparent to straw yellow, then turning white-beige when crystallized. It has a very delicate flavor, with vegetal notes or fruity components. The smell is not particularly significant: it is often described as a generic honey smell with vegetal and straw notes.

Properties and Benefits
Sulla honey has a purifying and detoxifying effect, as well as being a precious source of easily assimilated energy. It is also recognized as having diuretic and laxative effects and its application on pimples and acne is recommended. It is also particularly indicated for combating sore throats and coughs.
