Citrus Honey

Organoleptic Characteristics
In its liquid state, citrus honey has a very light color, ranging from transparent to straw yellow. After crystallization, however, it tends to white or light beige.
On the olfactory level, it has the characteristic floral scent that fades with the passing of time, turning towards more fruity notes. The taste is very sweet with a pleasant acidic tip.

Properties and benefits
It is a precious source of energy (not only for athletes) and can be used as a cough sedative and to combat colds and flu symptoms. It has a relaxing and calming effect and is often recommended to relieve anxiety and combat headaches and insomnia. It stimulates the appetite as well as aiding digestion after an excessively large meal.
