Nocellara and Biancollilla extra virgin olive oil is a superior oil obtained with cold mechanical processes and without filters. It is an organic, unique product, with a color that can vary from yellow to intense green and a very low acidity, which is constantly kept below 0.5%.
Organoleptic Characteristics :
On the nose, it presents a medium intensity olive fruitiness, with notes of almond, green tomato, cut grass, artichoke and sometimes aromatic herbs. The taste is bitter, slightly spicy and with a hint of sweetness.
Benefits :
The polyphenol content is high, which helps reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. In addition, the high content of highly digestible fats helps reduce cholesterol and blood sugar.
